How Will This Work for You?
TREND has calculated a potential return based on our current assumptions about the project's acquisition and operations. We plan to sell the property after a 10-year hold. Over that period, community investors are projected to share in annual cash flow once the asset is stabilized, plus proceeds from the sale of the property.
Based on the current model, a $1,000 investment might return approximately $3,241 over the 10-year period.
Some of our assumptions will prove to be inaccurate, possibly for the reasons described in the Risks of Investing document. The results of investing illustrated here are likely to differ in reality, for better or for worse, possibly by a large amount.
Please also review the Company's Operating Agreement for detail on how distributions will be made, and the business plan, which includes the project budget.

Ownership for everyone. Adams Four is a service-oriented shopping center on West 4th Street in the West Center City neighborhood of Wilmington, DE. Anyone can invest and become a part-owner alongside TREND, with a special focus on welcoming the neighbors it serves.
A seat at the table. Commercial real estate has long been out of reach for most Wilmington residents. Starting at $1,000, investors can hold a real equity stake in commercial property.
Supporting hyperlocal wealth creation. Eligible investors who live or work in ZIP codes 19801, 19805, or 19807 can receive a $1,000 equity match.
Proven and growing. This is TREND’s eighth community investment offering. Each one expands a model that puts neighborhood shopping centers in the hands of the people who rely on them.
